REGISTRATION
All registrations must be paid in full to ensure your place in a class. All unpaid registrations will be put on the class waiting list until payment is received.
REFUND POLICY
Students withdrawing from a class should notify Two Twleve Arts Center 3 days prior to the start of the class to recive a full refund. Registered students who make a withdrawal request between 2 days and the first day of class will receive a 50% refund. No registration fees will be refundable from the first day onward.
Students who miss a class that they have registered for are not entitled to a make up class or refund.
CLASS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
The Art Center may need to combine or reschedule, class start dates or times to meet class minimum requirements. Occasionally classes may need to be cancelled. All registered students will be contacts as soon as possible and given the opportunity to take another class or receive a full refund.
