Kathleen Campau

After 15 years making custom bed quilts, like Sleeping Beauty, Kathleen Campau awoke to the world of art quilts, beading and knitting. With color as the big attraction, she now dabbles in wall art quilts, focusing on flowers in a series of more than 25 fabric still lifes. And beads have caught her eye, rich colors with the added attraction of glitter. She makes bead embroidered bracelets, each one a celebration of beauty. Knitting and felting are further ways she expresses her exuberance. Having learned to knit only 3 years ago, she cant stop. At least 60 knit and felted purses have flown from her needles, and more are on the way.

Kathleen is an experienced teacher, and is always happy to spread the fever of creation to unsuspecting victims.
